Due to the nature of digital educational content, our system automatically processes and uploads all billing records in real time, and access to the subscribed MCQ library, practice tests, explanations, and other digital study materials is provisioned immediately upon successful payment. Once this automated process begins, we are unable to cancel, reverse, adjust, refund, or otherwise alter the transaction in any form — irrespective of the reason, circumstance, misunderstanding, change of mind, accidental purchase, device issues, or lack of usage. .

Furthermore, no changes to the subscription validity, extensions of access, plan modifications, time adjustments, pauses, transfers, upgrades, downgrades, or manual overrides can be made by Appendix3 Academy after the subscription has been activated.
